Your sessions started helping me understand how important self love is and how powerful the mind is once you start doing regular meditation. I learned how to meditate which helped me develop my breathing skills, where I then used that on mindfulness walks in the park and especially when I started to get stressed by a situation. I got from Julie a realisation of what I had been putting my mind and body through, she helped me regain clarity and find myself again .. she took me out of my victim’s mindset and set me free to explore forgiveness and guided me to understand breath work better and take guidance from it , I gained an understanding to say hello to our thoughts and feelings when combined together and watch it before making a decision there and then that could be rational.. Clearing, cleansing, connection to mother earth and grounding. Plus lots of rainbow colours at the end. Your beautiful energy was holding us all safely to release what was not necessarily.
